SF Seals Pups Micro Academy (Sunday training)


We are excited to announce the continuation of Seals Pups Micro soccer Academy program for Fall 2025, Winter 2025/26 and Spring 2026 for players aged 4 to 8 (preschool to 2nd grade)! 


Seals coaches will lead weekly sessions that will focus on helping our young soccer players improve their technical skills and build the foundation that is the hallmark of the Seals player development philosophy.  Each session will also inc

lude small sided games that encourage young players to have fun while learning to play the beautiful game of soccer. 


Seals Director of Coaching Shani Simpson, Assistant Director of Coaching Blago Tranchev or other senior Seals staff coaches will lead each session with additional coaches to ensure a low player to coach ratio so that your player will get personalized attention and guidance.


Cost $350 includes 10 sessions and a Seals training shirt. 

Financial assistance is available to families that demonstrate financial need. 


Fall Dates: 9/7/25 - 11/16/25. 

Winter Dates: 12/7 - 3/8 (break no training: 12/15/25 - 1/11/26)

Spring Dates: 3/15 - 5/24 (Easter Sunday no training)

Micro Soccer Teams Playing in Vikings League


Are you a group of players looking for a club to coach and manage your team's weekly practice and games? Are you a player looking to join a Micro Soccer team that plays in weekly games?  Contact: Zak Chirazi,  SF Seals Program Director of Micro & Recreational Soccer  zak@sfseals.com.


Microsoccer is a school-grade-based soccer league for SF children in PreK, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade. Each team plays two 4v4 games simultaneously.  Teams must have at least 10 players with a maximum of 15, ensuring every child gets ample soccer time.  For more info about the league click this link:

Registration fee includes:

  • Coach pay
  • Two weekly trainings include: one weekday (location/day/time TBD & Sunday 9:00AM, with Seals Micro Academy, at CCSF Soccer Field
  • One weekend game
  • S.F. Seals training shirt. 

Per Player Costs: Club Fee: $500 / League fee $60 / Uniform fee $42 (covers Seals training shirt, shorts, and socks), or $25.99 for the required Seals training shirt only.


Games are held at Marina Green or Little Rec and the schedule is published and released by the league. There are six league games for the season.
